Due to the change in orientation, the raw X coordinate is vertical and the raw Y coordinate is inverse horizontal.
The raw coordinates are adjusted to match the view through the laser aperture.
A second order polynomial fit vs. angle is used as an approximation for drift to compute adjusted coords.
